Ticket purchasers must be 18 years or older, and cannot purchase a ticket under the name, or for a minor.

Minor Prize and Grand Prize winners will be notified by telephone and by email shortly after the prize draws have been completed. Winners of the restaurant vouchers will be notified by email.
Urban List and MSWA are not authorised to process ticket refunds without written approval from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor. This process may take a number of weeks. Refunds cannot be offered after prize draws have begun.
Changing, adding, or removing a name from one of our lottery tickets is not permitted. This is to ensure that the person (or people) who purchased the ticket is eligible to claim their prize.
You will receive your ticket via email at the end of your online ticket purchase.

Your purchase will appear on your credit card statement as 'MSWA Lottery’ or ‘MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS SOCIETY'.
Yes. The Permit is issued by the Department of Racing, Gaming & Liquor and the permit holder is Tony Millar, Chief Experience Officer at MSWA.
The Lottery is run by and to benefit MSWA, in collaboration with Urban List.

The following people and all who reside at their same residential address are prohibited from entering the Lottery:
- Urban List employees (and their immediate family and/or those living in the same household) of the Promoter, and its related entities, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and suppliers associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or first cousin.
- MSWA Board Members;
- MSWA Executive Team Members;
- MSWA Head of Departments;
- MSWA Marketing Team Members;
- MSWA Information Systems Team and Ticket Fulfilment Staff;
- BDO Australia Directors and employees associated with the lottery draw; and
- Any staff member who works on the MSWA Account from MSWA’s associated agencies (individually and together, “MSWA Affiliated Person”).
- Participants must not be under the age of 18 years (“Underage Participant”).
- Participants must not be residing outside of Australia at the time of purchasing any ticket, unless they are able to provide proof of an Australian address and/or Australian bank account (“Internationally Based Participant”).
